Masterpiece Canvas Studio takes great pride in the canvas that we have created
for you. Your canvas will be inspected and carefully packaged for shipping.
If for some reason you are not happy with your canvas, please let us know
as soon as possible. We have a 10 day “send it back, and we will refund
your money” policy! No refund or exchanges will be accepted after 10
days of receiving your shipment. Simply contact Masterpiece Canvas Studio
to make arrangements for a return. The customer will bear all costs associated
with the return of the canvas unless the return is because of a defect in
quality.

Dear customer: Please read the following before placing an order with us.
Use of this website (www.masterpiececanvasstudio.com) accompanied with your
order placement will serve as your acknowledgement and unconditional acceptance
of the following terms and conditions set forth below. Masterpiece Canvas
Studio retains the right to make periodic changes to any portion of these
terms and conditions as Masterpiece Canvas Studio deems necessary. All continued
use or order placements will be subject to such amendments as they may appear
at that time.
All content, quality of the media, (digital files, physical prints, graphics or artwork) submitted to Masterpiece Canvas Studio is the responsibility of the customer and Masterpiece Canvas Studio will not be held liable. If you are submitting you photo or artwork for scanning we will take care of it as if it were our own and it will be returned with your order. However, we can not be held liable for items lost in transit to or from us. Please be sure to send your photo or artwork in a non bendable envelope and use a trackable form of shipping UPS or FedEx. If it is one of a kind photo or piece of art we suggest that you have it reproduced locally before sending it to us.
It is assumed by Masterpiece Canvas Studio that all third party rights include:
Written permission of owner’s copyright, logos, trademarks, private
materials, patents or intellectual property has been obtained by the customer
and will not be verified by Masterpiece Canvas Studio or officers, subcontractors
or agents of Masterpiece Canvas Studio.
Masterpiece Canvas Studio reserves the right to decline images submitted
for reproduction which are deemed illegal in content, pornographic, commits
libel or slander, contains discriminatory content or violates civil rights
of any kind.
Users of the Masterpiece Canvas Studio website agree not to submit any file
that contains computer worms, viruses, spy ware or anything that will disrupt
Masterpiece Canvas Studio software, hardware, or servers.
Masterpiece Canvas Studio assumes no responsibility for orders placed with
incorrect instructions or files. If an error is the result of actions taken
by Masterpiece Canvas Studio the order will be re-printed or all money will
be refunded.
Please note: While every effort will be made to ensure that your colors
are as accurate as possible, please be advised that slight color variances
may occur. Masterpiece Canvas Studio uses state-of-the-art color matching
technology. However, standard computer monitors vary in there settings and
in their ability to display the true color of a digital photograph. The printed
product, in most cases, will exceed expectations in color and detail.
Privacy Policy:
Your photographs will be handled only by the artists at our studio and will
not be shared or viewed with anyone else unless agreed upon by you. We are
currently building a customer portfolio to share with visitors to our website
and we would love to include your canvas. When you check the box on the order
page “yes include me in the portfolio” you are giving us all
rites to include your photo in our portfolio to share with website visitors.
Masterpiece Canvas Studio will not be held liable for photographs lost or
damaged in transit by mail or private carrier. If you do not feel comfortable
sending a photograph, we recommend having it scanned and e-mailing it to
us.
Masterpiece Canvas Studio is strongly committed to our customer’s
privacy. However, to fulfill your order we will need to collect certain private
information (e.g. credit card information, e-mail address & mailing address).
This information is used solely for the fulfillment of your order and will
not be shared with any third parties. Any information transmitted through
this website is processed safely on a secure server.
